Vacuum chamber machines are ideal where high vacuum levels are required and are designed to meet the most demanding requirements. They are used to package products with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). PAC offers a wide variety of chamber sizes, from tabletop to floor standing models. This line of machines is excellent for applications requiring maximum air removal and faster production speeds.

1. During the vacuum cycle the air in the chamber is removed.

2. When the desired vacuum level is reached, the vacuum pump stops and the sealing bar closes to seal the bag.

3. The vacuum chamber goes back to atmospheric pressure, shrinking the bag around the product in response to the difference in pressure.

Vacuum sealing is the removal of air from a package by use of a vacuum pump. When the desired level of air has been removed, the package is sealed. Vacuum sealing prolongs the shelf life of both food and non–food applications. The removal of air from packages can prevent corrosion, decrease size/volume, or simply keep products dry.

Easy Swing

This system is for stainless steel double chamber models and increases ergonomics for the operator. The lid remains closed after a cycle, and by pressing the button, the lid rises by the force of springs. By using this rising motion, the lid can be moved to the other side with much less force.

Filler PlatesAll models come with filler plates that allow the working height inside the chamber to be adjusted for the product size.

Gas Flush Nozzle ManifoldAdding gas to the package is a way to extend product shelf life. After the normal vacuum process, the package is flushed with the desired gas mixture and sealed. The packaged product is no longer under vacuum pressure and has very low residual oxygen percentage.

Multi-Stage Vac/Gas Cycle ControlSometimes it may be necessary to repeat a sequence of vacuuming and gassing. The multi-cycle option makes it possible to repeat several processes in one cycle. This feature is not combinable with Vacuum Level Control.

Vacuum Level Control with Digital Pressure SwitchThis option is recommended when an exact vacuum or gas level is required. The standard machine relies on a time cycle for vacuum and gas levels which is accurate for most applications. However, for products that vary in volume or density, a vacuum level control ensures the greatest level of accuracy.

Soft AirOur soft air function enables fragile or sharp products to be packaged damage-free by very gently entering air into the vacuum chamber after the sealing process. This lengthens the vacuum bag time to form neatly around the fragile or sharp product.

Seal Bar ConfigurationsModels can be equipped with different seal bar configuations as shown in the accompanying diagrams.
