We extract the main source from the natural springs that sprout from Labugamkanda Mountain

We have our own factory which is located in Padukka an isolated area which surrounded natural rain forests .Source of our company is straight from the nature and its untouched any human/animal activity

Production Process

• Gathering water which comes from the natural springs to the tube wells . We collecting water beyond the rock bed under 200ft .

Aerator Purification Water breaks in to drops and those drops are mixed with Oxygen and naturally purified .

The PH value of the water should maintain 6.5 PH – 8.5 Aqua fresh maintain 7ph – 7.5ph under the SLS 8,9,4 2008 standards

UV sterilization • UV rays help to change the DNA & RNA characters of bacteria

if there is any present .• There fore it helps to avoid regeneration of any organism and

this water is absolutely free of bacteria .• The factory supervisor should have to check the machine for

every 30 minutes

Water filling process Step one :Manually bottom rings separate from bottleDe capper the bottles Nobs & Blue tops washed by Chlorine water • We use < 250ppm chlorine

Step two :Outer washing by using the chlorine < 250ppm .

identify black particles • Black area inspection to

Step seven :Rapping and pasting the safety seal . In this safety seal it mentioned Batch no. / Manufacturing date / Expiry date

Step eight :Production finish bottles are kept in washed bottom rings & are ready to deliver .Per hour 600 bottles manufacturing

This test is doing to check weather water have any electricity conductivity

Testing APC – Aerobic Plate counter and Coliform bacteria presents in the water

Daily we are checking the water which gets from 18 check points before the production

Out side Testing parties ITI – Once a year for tube water & Twice a year for finishing water MRI – Biological testing once a month
