5 Labelling:: The word "For use of GOYERMENT OF MAHARASHTRA NOT FOR SALE" should

be printed on each unit pack in readable Purple or Green Colours. Bar-coding should be on boxes ofSupplied item at Consignee level.

6 Acceptance & Receipt: It should be submitted in to the purchasing authority.

7 Delivery Challan - Should be sent in the name of consignee in duplicate. It should specifo Name ofDrugs/ Mfg. by / Expiry Date / packing & quantity.

8 Invoice Copy - Should be sent in triplicate on the Name of Managing Director, Haflkine Bio

l0 Performance Security & Contract Agreement : Bidder should submit Security deposit within 7

days from date ofreceipt oforder for an amount of37o i.e. Rs.7303.8 I oflhe contract value, valid up

to 60 days after the date of completion of warranty obligations and e"nter into Contract Agreement on

non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value. The Security Deposit should be in the form of Bank

Fall ClauseIt is a condition of the contract that all through the currency thereof, the price at which you will the

supply stores should not exceed the lowest price charged by you to any customer during the currency ofthe contract and that in the event of the prices going down below the rate contract prices you shall

promptly furnish such information to us to enable to amend the contract rates for subsequent supplies.
