Children <7 Years of Age Have not started their immunizations on time and therefore need to catch up.
Tetanus toxoid 10 Lf
Diphtheria toxoid 25 Lf
Pertussis toxoid 25 µg
Used to complete the primary series for children < 59 months of age who are delayed in their immunization schedule and don’t need Hib If Hib required (children less than 59 months of age), use DTaP-IPV-Hib vaccine .
Children less than 7 years of age not immunized in infancy should receive 3 doses of DTaP-IPV vaccine (with or without Hib depending on age when starting) as follows:
Dose 1 Baseline
Dose 2 8 weeks after Dose 1
Dose 3 6 to 12 months after Dose 3
A booster dose of either DTaP-IPV or Tdap-IPV vaccine should be administered at 4 to 6 years of age (school entry). The booster dose at 4 to 6 years of age is not required if the fourth dose of tetanus-toxoid (DTaP-IPV-Hib or DTaP-IPV) containing vaccine was administered after the fourth birthday
Preparations containing higher concentrations of diphtheria toxoid (designated as “D”) are administered for primary immunizations of infants and children less than 7 years of age

This is the usual vaccine given for primary immunization at 2, 4 , and 6 months of age.
Booster dose given at 18 months of age.
Can be given up to 59 months of age.
If 4th dose (DTaP-IPV-Hib) is given after the 4th birthday, the 5th dose is not required.
Minimum age for the first dose is 6 weeks.
Interval between first and second dose must be a minimum of four weeks with 8 weeks preferred.
Interval between the second and third doses must be a minimum of four weeks with 8 weeks preferred .
Interval between the third and fourth dose must be a minimum of 6 months.

Adults Should receive 1 dose of Tdap in their lifetime in place of a Td booster Once the dose of Tdap is given, adults should then receive a Td booster every 10 years

Unimmunized individuals between 7 and 17 years of age starting a primary series should receive 3 doses and a booster dose of Tdap-IPV vaccine as follows:
Adults 18 years of age and older who are beginning a primary series should receive 1 dose of Tdap-IPV and 2 doses of Td-IPV as follows:

Persons who have had tetanus disease, diphtheria disease or pertussis disease should still be immunized since these clinical infections do not always confer immunity
