Prior Approval was granted on 28th July 2014, under reference 4/01218/14/OPA, for the conversion of the entire property to form 39 residential units by way of Permitted Development Rights.

This scheme will provide 23 x 1 bedroom and 16 x 2 bedroom apartments totalling 25,349ft2 NSA.

A second Prior Approval application has been submitted proposing a scheme of 64 x 1 bedroom apartments totalling 24,725ft2 NSA.
