TUESDAY’s and WEDNESDAY’s 17hours per week
We are looking for a confident and friendly individual for the Customer Service Desk in our busy shopping centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (please only apply if you can work these days).
The successful candidate will handle customer queries as well as playing an active role in the centre's customer service team, so they will require good organisational skills and a professional telephone manner. The job also includes some routine and adhoc admin duties so knowledge of Excel and Word would be an advantage, as would good local knowledge.
The role is part time, approx 17 hours per week, although occasional flexibility beyond these two days to cover holidays etc would be desirable.
