SLEEVE Begin at the middle of the upper back, slightly below the nape of your neck. Measure the length from the middle of the upper back to the stitching located at the shoulder of the shirt. Write this measurement down, as you will need it later. Measure the length from the top stitching on the shoulder to the bottom of the wrist. Aim for hitting your wrist bone with the measuring tape. Add these two values together to find your sleeve length.

BODY LENGTH AT BACK Begin at the high point of shoulder, on back of shirt, and measure straight down to shirt hem.

MEASURING TIPS

· A cloth measuring tape OR string and standard measuring tape.

How to measure:

1. Hold the end of the cloth tape measure to themiddle of your forehead. If you are using a standardmetallic tape measure, use a piece of string.

2. Wrap the tape or string around your head untilyou return to the starting point. It should be aboveyour ears, resting at the point you would like yourhat to rest.

3. Make sure the tape measure or string is snugaround your head, but not too tight. It should becomfortable, and just �tted enough to stay put.

4. Jot down your measurement in inches. If youused string, measure the string against your tapemeasure.

5. Use the size chart at right, to determine whichsize will be your best �t. If you are between sizes,choose the larger size.
