By an order passed oo the 26tn day ofAuzust, 1953 in the said suitby the Hon'ble High Court at Ca.lcutta a Receiver was appointed inrespect of the rents, issues and prollts ol the iomoveable propertjesbelonging to the estate of the said Gurudas Auddy with power to collecta4d distribute the sarne.
