Jim Boyle is the founding partner of Boyle & Co. LLP, where he practices exclusively in the area of securities law. Mr. Boyle obtained a B.A. from York University (1981), attended University of Windsor Law School, graduating in 1985 and was called to the bar in Ontario in April, 1987. In 1998 Mr. Boyle received his LL.M. in securities law from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Willem GalleDirector

Willem F.E. Galle enjoys a career in digital technology innovation in global travel and logistics. His accomplishments include implementing the first deregulated airline service in Europe with Transavia; spinning off Royal Nedlloyd’s worldwide corporate data network to KPN, an industry first at he time, pioneering the first intermodal global shipment tracking system using the Internet architecture in a joint venture with AMR and CSX.

Walter AndriDirector

Mr. Andri is currently Managing Director and President of Avaya Canada Corp. where he oversees the sales, service and support across Avaya’s Engagement, Customer Experience Management, Networking, Services and Small and Medium Business technologies. Prior to that, Mr. Andri served as Senior Vice President at Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. Previously, Mr. Andri was Vice President Small and Medium Business at TELUS Corporation, and also Vice President Channels for Koodo Mobile, a subsidy of TELUS. Robert Gloer joined IOU Central Inc. (a subsidiary of IOU Financial, Inc) in December 2008, where he serves as President and Chief Operations Officer.
