DeHub, the world’s first entertainment aggregator & producer

of original motion picture and gaming experiences.

From gaming to streaming, DeHub streamlines user experience

in a continuously enhancing ecosystem of endless barrier free

and censorship resistant entertainment.

Users can engage in a number of ways directly on our

D’app using their $DeHub tokens while our aggregators

allow users to earn multiple tokens simultaneously, greatly

increasing exposure to a number of entertainment apps

both on and off chain.

Project Overview

The DeHub D’app will consist of two core branches which affirm our offering as a true

end-to-end entertainment aggregator

• DeHub Tournetopia - Gaming and betting platform

• DeHub Live - Streaming aggregator and original productions/Pay-per-

view (PPV) platform

1) DeHub Tournetopia

Play a collection of classic arcade, betting and casino games. Enter Tournetopia Mode

to challenge any player at any multiplayer game.

Competitive games - Play a broad variety of games (such as 8 ball pool, bowling,

chess, checkers and more) with family and friends or compete against other players

with a stake on the line and the winner taking it all.

Single player games - Test your luck playing mini games including price predictions,

coin toss, spin wheel and scratchers.

Lottery - Take part in the daily lottery to win lucrative prizes, or bet against the odds

and join our massive periodic lotteries to win a life-changing grand pot.

Casino - Join our DeHub Casino to gamble in a wide variety of games including poker,

Tournaments - Participate in DeHub gaming tournaments for in-house games as well

Developers - Become part of the DeHub family and get your developed games

featured on our D'app and earn a passive income from players’ buy-ins.

2) DeHub Live

Access streaming content available on crypto and legacy video and audio streaming

platforms such as Theta and YouTube in one place via a single search bar. There will be

an emphasis on content relating to crypto finance and education.

Stream - Access live content from global sources including live TV, movies, series,

documentaries and PPV events in one search bar without ads.

Create - Artists, film makers, live streamers and others can use our platform to post

their videos and get paid in $DeHub. Creatives can also engage directly with viewers

and fans on D’app.

Fund - Vote on who receives funding for the next DeHub Original, or fund creators

directly and earn a % of their NFTicket sales for release in our VR Cinemas or direct on

D’app.

Review & Award - Participate in uncensored, blockchain-verified reviews and awards

voting. The annual Diamond Hands Awards are the worlds’ first decentralized and

fairly-selected entertainment awards.

DeHub Original Productions & PPV - Putting the power back in the viewers’ and

creators’ hands while fully removing all censorship or conformity. Watch, fund, vote on

and host original productions. Sell your NFTickets and claim your % of all your funded

About the Token

$DEHUB Token

The $DeHub token fully leverages the latest and most cutting - edge of block chain

technologies, reinforced by new features combining all that is wonderful in the crypto

world via unforked and unique code created by our in-house R&D team.

The DeHub D’app and ecosystem will be governed and supported by our native

$DeHub token. $DeHub tokens will be used for both utility and governance.

$DeHub tokens will be initially minted as BEP20 Tokens on the Binance Smart Chain

allowing viewers, gamers, creators, collectors, fans, and traders to engage on an

ultra-fast and low-cost network.

$DEHUB Utility

Currency - All D’app transactions including payments for PPV events, NFT Tickets,

game buy-ins, betting wagers, lottery tickets and tournament fees, will be made using

$DeHub tokens exclusively. Similarly, all prizes and pay-outs will be paid using $DeHub

Tokens exclusively.

Governance - Token holding accounts will be able to suggest and vote on operational

decisions as well as vote on original productions funding, renewals and cancellations.

Drop Stream - Holding $DEHUB earns a steady flow of ultra-rare drops of our own

exclusive original productions as well as partnership drops with industry icons, stars

and legends in art, film and culture.

About the Token

We call it “Trikenomics”

$DeHub is jam-packed with new features such as $DeHub token reflection, collateral

asset rewards and a buy-back system. In addition, dynamically pegged auto-liquidity

generation along with anti-snipe and anti-bot features will reward token holders and

long-term stakeholders who believe in the DeHub vision, mission and project.

Combined, these bespoke Trikenomics ensure an ever-rising price floor and value,

decisively limiting hostile whales, bots and manipulators by severely controlling price

dumps and selloffs. At the same time these measures do not target ordinary traders.

“Trikenomics” Protocol

The $DeHub Protocol includes 3 main features: token reflections to all holders, buy-

back system (we call it the Robinhood System) and crypto collateral asset rewards to be

claimed by holders from our rewards D’app.

About the Token

Fair Trading Measures

No private wallet can hold more than 80,000,000 $DeHub (1% of the total supply) at

any given time.

To encourage responsible trading while preventing dumps and attempted market

manipulation, there will be a daily sell/transfer threshold of 0.1% of circulating supply

per wallet.

A private sale will be hosted on our website at a rate of 1 BNB = 270,000 $DeHub.

We will also be launching our public presale on a reputable “Launchpad” at a rate

of 1 BNB = 235,000 $DeHub

Total tokens allocated for presale - 2,500,000,000 $DeHub and the target is to raise

between 6000 - 9000 BNBs

Liquidity Pool (Pancake Swap Listing)

On selling out, 1,200,000,000 Tokens will be listed on “Pancake Swap” at price of 1 BNB

= 200,000 $DeHub.

Burned Wallet

The DeHub Burned Wallet will receive its share from the 1% reflections in a process

that slowly removes tokens from circulation thus increasing the value of the remaining

tokens.

Marketing Wallet

The DeHub Marketing Wallet will fund ongoing marketing campaigns, influencers, and

in-house marketing experts, social media moderators and designers.

Token Distribution

Research & Development Wallet

The DeHub Research & Development wallet will fund ongoing updates to the website

and D’app including a schedule of enhancements to the user experience via new

features to be launched on a monthly basis.

Partnerships & Licensing Wallet

The DeHub Partnerships and Licensing Wallet will be used to secure the biggest and

best releases and rights such as major MMA and Boxing events.

Team Wallet

The DeHub Team Wallet contains funds reserved for founders who initially funded and

started the project. No wallet can sell below their % allocation and only the reflections

will be tradable for the first 4 years.

Token Dilution Model

All team and centrally-controlled wallets can technically be regarded as burned

because we can only liquidate reflections for at least the first 4 years.

Airdrop Wallet

All previous holders of $FTV until the trading halt notice will receive compensation in

$DeHub. Holders who had 5,000+ $FTV will be asked to send their tokens to a

dedicated wallet to enable them to receive their $DeHub tokens in the form of an

airdrop directly to their wallets.
