Label ConditionsRevise the label as follows:

1.) The "Directions For Use" must be revised by adding the following statement:

"Application procedures must rigidly adhere to the current specifications of Osmose, Inc., and/or theAmerican Wood Protection Association."

A stamped label with conditions is enclosed for your records. Submit a copy of your finalprinted label before distributing or selling the product bearing the revised labeling.
