NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGE

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board filed a proposed rule change under Rule 19b-4. This rule change (SR-MSRB-85-4) is intended to indicate clearly that gooddelivery of a municipal security for which a notice of call applicable to the entire issue of securities has been published on or prior to the trade date has not been effected unless the security was identified as called at the time of trade. Publica-tion of the proposal is expected to be made in the Federal Register during the week of February 11. (ReI. 34-21746)

IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGE
