The new Village development is slated to expand the range of amenities at the Yellowstone Club and transform the base area into a ‘bustling ski village’, including residential multi-story

condominiums, flats and townhouses. The Village Hillside community, located in the southernmost portion of the Village, will be one of the first residential offerings. It includes six Locati Architect-designed buildings, each comprised of two individual condominiums tucked along the gentle slope adjacent to the Lodge Lift and moments away from acres of Private Powder®. Hillside owners and their guests will glide from the ski slopes along the Hillside Skiway that circles the community and returns skiers and snowboarders back to the Warren Miller Lodge.

The Village Hillside units are offered with two floor plan configurations, each with

over 6,000 square feet of living space and an additional 1,400 square feet of out-

door decks and terraces. Each floor plan offers six bedrooms (two master suites), seven

baths, a powder room, ski room and a family room. The Hillside units encompass four

levels, with a two-car garage, storage and bedroom/office below grade, the garage level,

and three additional levels for living, dining, and entertaining. From the Garage Level, a

grand four-story staircase and elevator* link the upper levels, so access to the different

floors is simple and convenient. The Lower Level of each Hillside unit includes an informal

family/entertainment room with fireplace, a kid-friendly bunk room with double vanity

bath, laundry facilities, and an additional guest suite. Guests and owners will frequently

gather on the Main Level, where the kitchen, dining, living rooms and large covered deck

are found. Like all residences at the Yellowstone Club, the kitchen features high-end ap-

pliances, abundant counter and storage space, and a mix of seating options, including an

outdoor nook. Additionally, the expansive ski room with powder room and the ski way ac-

cess are contained at this level together with a second master and guest suite. The Upper

Level of each Hillside provides for the master suite, complete with fireplace, balcony and

well-appointed, substantial master bath with spacious closet.

From every level, views of the Yellowstone Club come pouring in through expansive

windows. Hillside owners and their guests will delight in both the uphill view of Pioneer

Mountain, and the downhill view, capturing the future Village and the Gallatin Mountain

Range beyond. Village Hillside units are designed with the finest level of architectural

detail and finish selection and constructed to the high standards demanded by discerning

Owners at Yellowstone Club. The Village Hillside units are ideal for those who value ski
