constructed of shingles or standing seam metal; color should match shutters
• Lower pitch roofs for one story buildings, higher pitch roofs on two or three story buildings
• Externally lit signage
• Site Design• Buildings pulled up to the
street/sidewalk for easy pedestrian access
• Off-street parking on the side or to the rear of buildings
• Heavy landscaping around buildings and in parking areas
• Shared/cross access to adjacent parking lots when possible
• Encourage outdoor seating area/patio for restaurants
