Parts Needed

Straight or crinkle cutting requires slicing insert (D) and either the straight V-Blade (E) or the crinkle V-Blade (F). (For details on switching blades, see pg. 8)

Load slicing insert (D) and either the straight V-Blade (E) or crinkle V-Blade (F) into mandoline. Load food into food holder (K).

Push button on dial and turn to select desired slice thickness.

Using food holder (K), run food over blade to make slices.

Dicing requires straight V-Blade (E), spacer (L), and either the dicing blade (I) or cubing blade (J). (For details on switching blades, see pg. 10)

Load straight V-blade (E) and either the dicing blade (I) or cubing blade (J) into mandoline. Load spacer (L) and food into food holder (K).

Push button on dial and turn to select the required slice thickness (blade is color coded).

Using food holder (K), run food over blades to score food. Lift on back stroke. Turn food holder 90º every pass to cube/dice.7

Julienning requires straight V-Blade (E) and either the julienning blade (G) or French fry blade (H). (For details on switching blades, see pg. 10)

Load straight V-Blade (E) and either the julienning blade (G) or French fry blade (H) into mandoline. Load food into food holder (K).

Push button on dial and turn to select the required slice thickness (blade is color coded).

Using food holder (K), run food over blades to make julienne slices. Lift on back stroke.

Close bottom runway (B). Insert crinkle V-Blade (F).

Push tabs of straight V-Blade (E) until it releases. Remove straight V-Blade (E).

Push button on dial and turn to unlock position. Open bottom runway (B).

Pinch tabs of crinkle V-Blade (F) in storage until it releases.

Open top runway (C). Select desired julienne blade (G) or (H) from under deck storage or select a dicing blade (I) or (J) from dicing blade container (M).

Remove slicing insert (D). Open top runway (C).

Push tabs of straight V-Blade (E) until it releases. Remove straight V-Blade (E).

Push button on dial and turn to unlock position. Open bottom runway (B).

Pinch tabs of crinkle V-Blade (F) in storage until it releases.

REASSEMBLY & STORAGE

Attach top runway (C). While top runway (C) is open, attach both julienne blades (H) and (G) to under deck storage.

Close top runway (C). Attach slicing insert (D).

Pull tabs to remove both julienne blades (H) and (G) from under deck storage.

Remove top runway (C).

Hand wash blades.

Wash all other parts in top rack of dishwasher.
