The magazine hole is approximately the correct size and is usually correctly placed. It will require the removal of from .010 to .015 from the front of the hole before cutting the feed ramp slot. The hole can be increased in size without affecting proper operation of the firearm. The correct placement of the trigger housing lug and feed ramp are important (See assembly Instruction Manual). Use the edge of the ejector hole (not the magazine well} to set the location of the ejector slot. (Not to scale)
