Devon comes from a tight knit family where everything is shared. He is an ardent supporter of racial equality and occasionally attends local rallies and community events. He has a ton of hometown pride and follows local sports religiously.

His family has always been lower middle-class and with a (limited) record he has issues finding stable work. He relies on the El to get to his training, odd jobs and occasional part-time employment opportunities. He wants to contribute more to the family expenses and have money of his own.
