transferring to the milwaukee campusThe University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is three campuses with one mission: to provide a world-class academic experience for students from Wisconsin and beyond. We make it as easy as possible to seamlessly transfer between campuses, so your education fits you.

Students take courses they’re interested in at either of our two-year campuses to build a strong foundation for a four-year degree. When they decide to declare a major and transfer to UW-Milwaukee, their academic advisor walks them through the process. Beginning with the Fall 2019 semester, the benefit of already being part of the UWM family is less paperwork and a more convenient, faster route to starting your bachelor’s degree.
