4-H Events at the Fair

4-H baked good entries were judged the first Saturday morning, in preparation for the auction that evening. The annual 4-H Cake and Pie Auction was a tremendous success this year. We are so fortunate to have such great support for our 4-H programs.

The 4-H Chick Chain Show and Sale was also a great success. 4-H’ers raised pullets and brought five to the fair for the show and auction. Proceeds will fund the program for the following year. 4-H Agents Larry Darnell and Chelsey McMahon oversee this project. Grand champion for 2016 was Kelcy Nichols, at right.
