Background Information

- The program will cater segments that will inform, inspire, and entertain Filipino in the morning. The program will bring information through our news and public affairs segments. We want to bring the latest news for them to know what is happening and will happen the country and around the globe. The program will inspire people through true to life story segments such as documentaries about people in any walks of life. And lastly, the program will entertain people through segments such as showbiz news, games, trivias, and other means of entertaining people.

- We need energetic and dynamic hosts to further liven up one’s mornings.

- We also should have a bright and animated set design to set the mood and awaken the audience’s bearings.

Objectiveso To bring the latest and hottest information before everyone start their morning.o For Filipinos especially Bulakenyos to be inform , inspire and entertain before

they start their day.

Target Audienceo The students, employees, and other people who needs to be informed early in the morning.

StrategyThe show will be very different from other kinds of morning programs in such ways:

Overall Scheduling

o Naturally, a morning show must be placed during the time when most people are usually just waking up or has woken up. We decided to have a two-hour morning program because this show is like a magazine program already since it tackles and touches on a lot of topics.

Objectiveso To inform, inspire, and entertain Filipino especially Bulakenyos and Maloleńos in

their early day living

Determine Priorityo To discuss every point in news, entertainment and of course the life of Filipino in

a morning show. We want to scan all the needs of an individual in a two-hour program.

Identify Resources

We always rely on our people in terms of: o technical aspectso research papers, and others things that will be needed on the pre- production, post production and the production itself.

Executing Action Programs o We are going to shoot it live so that we will always be accurate in time,date and

latest news.

Maintaining Control o We do not just set our minds on what we are going to have and we will always

polish everything that is produce.

The show will have a lively host, a teacher perhaps that could also share her thoughts.

o Kids especially toddlers and those in the elementary level. o The show should also be produced in such an enjoyable and lively that

also the young at heart and parents and teachers may also take interest in watching the show.

Strategyo The show will be done in a more interactive manner so the audience will have further participation.o They also send requests for topics they would to be featured.o Bright and extraordinary kids will also be recognized to inspire the kids to

be more studious and determined to learn.

Overall Schedulingo We chose to put this show during mornings because kids are usually early

birds especially when it comes to watching television and catching their favorite shows before they set off for school.

voice because foreign shows are produced and packaged in a foreign language.

ability also in need to produce a program.

o To get the attention of Maloleños, we will produce a mobile barangay health program and go through each barangay who is merely need a helping hand.o We are also giving a chance to all the viewers to ask questions about their concerns.o We are also intended to give tips, prevention, and right information to all of the people, whom are concern on their health.

o The production team decided to place this program in the afternoon because we think that viewers in that time are in mood to watch programs.

And also one must have clear understanding of the topic of this program.o For making this program more lively and on going; producers, program managers, directors, assistants, staffs, and (target) subjects are needed to complete and sustain the whole thing.o Program also need to make use of equipments, gadgets, props or other stuffs to cover the production.

Executing Action Programso Cooperation, communication, coordination, and creativity are merely needed during production to make sure that our programs are well-produced.o During production, the team must be ready, alert and always support every shot to prevent cramming.

Maintaining Controlo Always do visit and evaluate the activity that the team does, to polish if ever

Strategyo The program will not be the usual studio-type set up, we will perform the show

in outdoor – in different places in Malolos and other towns in Bulacan.o The competition will be composed of contestants with their original recipes.

Over All Schedulingo We allotted a one hour time slot (11am to 12nn) in the program because it is the

time when people are preparing lunch and also to give new ideas on how to prepare easy and affordable food.

Objectiveso To showcase the rich and diverse cuisines of Bulacan.o To promote the skills of the different people who are aspiring cooks/chefs.

Determining Priorityo Main priority of the show is to showcase the rich cuisines of Malolos.

Identifying Resourceso Cooking Skills – since the program is a competition, the show will need a skilled

professional who is knowledgeable in cooking.o Communication Skills – the host and the cooks alike shall have an effective and

efficient fluency in interacting with peopleo Technical Skills. For the people behind the camera who will work on the

production and post-production, these skills are a must.

Executing of Action Programso Given that the program’s set up is outdoor and will be held in different places in

Malolos and other towns in Bulacan, we will secure all the needed documents and permits to secure the shoot.

Maintaining Controlo The production team of the show will have a continuous research to be able to

offer new and interesting ideas for the program.

Strategyo There will be an on line and texting contests for those viewers who wants to win

big prices. We also have live audience participation for effective program strategy.

Scheduleo It will be aired during lunch time so that the whole family can watch it together.o It is usually the time when people are relaxed and enjoying their free time so this

is an appropriate time to air a variety show.

Statement of Objectiveso To promote and showcase the beauty of Bulacan particularly Malolos and its

neighboring townso To instill the audience the love for our own – own landmarks, history and

ingenuity.o To expose and give rise to the current trends in travelling and gimmicks like the

newest restaurants, hang-outs, shops, products, events etc.

Target Audience Definitiono We endeavor for this show to be a travel show for all ages and all classes. There

will be segments and episodes that alternately cater to young and old, upper and lower classes that will be able to enjoy the sights and products we will feature at an affordable price.

Strategyo We will acquire a mainstay host and different segment hosts per week who have

a certain connection or relation to the segment they will host.o We will put up a blog spot where the featured people, places, events, products

will be included so the viewers who missed the past episodes will still be able to check them out.

o We will include bits and pieces of trivias every now and then during the course of the program.

o To make the show more interactive, we will accept letter senders through e-mail or snail mail that have suggestions to further improve the show. We will also

allow requests from the audience who would want to join in the next adventures.

Overall Schedulingo We decided to place the travel program during the usual siesta hours because

we would like to give the audience a good enough reason to stay up and watch television instead.

o Instead of the teleseryes which are sometimes dull and boring and monotonous, we opted for a dynamic travel program that will make them see their places within their area in a different light.

will serve as habitual TV program among the target audience. We must infuse new twists and tricks to further attract and pique the interests of the viewers.

o People and social skills – Since our purpose is to promote and give recognition to the contemporary artists and businessmen in Malolos and other neighboring towns, we will do a lot of communicating and interacting with various people from different walks of life.

o Technical skills – Photography, videography and editing skills during production and post-production will definitely come in handy.

Executing Action Programso We need to get in touch and establish a partnership with the local

government of Malolos and neighboring towns especially the Department of Tourism.

o We should also make sure to prepare the paper work like permit and request letters to shoot in certain heritage sites and other venues.

o We must acquire a host or hosts with appropriate capabilities such as a pleasing personality, energetic and animated communication skills, good-looking or appealing enough to the target audience.

o The production team most especially the director, writer/s, segment producers, location managers and researchers must work effectively and efficiently to come up with effective episodes weekly or daily.

comments in order to produce more effective and polished episodes.

sports analyst, sports enthusiast and the like)o We also need avid researchers who will regularly check for updates on the

sporting events inside and outside the province, region and country.

- We gave each member a specific task and programs. There were others who are assigned PowerPoint presentation and written report.

- We keep in touch and updated about the status of our pre-production and designated tasks through electronic means (Facebook and texting)

Strategyo The program concept will be like an ambush makeover. o The production team will go nearby schools and offices where they can

find people who are always on the go and at times had a stressful day at school and work plus they can’t find time to manage their selves.

o Fashion guru or bloggers will be invited to help them to enhance their physical features and at the same time boost their self confidence.

Overall scheduling operationo The program will be aired 4:30 to 5:00pm since many viewers are at

home by that time, from schools or offices.

by group members by doing the different program formats assigned to them.o When the program formats are completed, it will be organized and will

be compile in a power point presentation.
