ManningTagarookservesastheLeadAgricultural Inspector for the Utopiaproject.Sincebeginninghiscareerin2008,Manninghasworkedonsevenpipeline projects in nine states,including Kinder Morgan’sconstruction of the Rockies ExpressPipelineinOhio. As Lead Agricultural Inspector, Manning’s role is to

ensure Utopia’s compliance with federal, state, localand landowner permits and contracts during theconstruction of the Utopia project. Following thepipelineinstallation,Manningwillalsooverseethefullrestorationofagriculturalpropertiesalongtheroute.

ConstructionoftheUtopiapipelinewilloccurinphases.Webeginby clearingandgrading theright-of-way. Thencrewswillstring,weldandinstallthepipe,layingitintoatrenchandthencoveringit with soil. Before operations begin, the pipe is carefullyinspected and hydrostatically tested by filling it with water andrunningitathighpressures,asrequiredbytheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation regulations. The entire construction andinstallation process will be monitored by inspectors, and willproceed with as little impact as possible to the environment,landownersandthecommunity.
