was called to make decision whether or not to terminate the employmentI

is Angie Medders. After discussion motion was unanimously passed to give

her another chance. If she comes to work in an inebriated condition

in the future -rtie will be discharged without further hearing. R. W. S^erby

insisted that the minutes show that Fred Lamprecht said that he id. 11 make a

report of penalties imposed by the IRS and that he will take care of it.

The August regular meeting was convened Commander Goerge Hartley* Motion

carried to suspend regular order to hold election of 1st Vice Commander. The two

candidates were Dusty Rhodes and Fred Lamprecht. Dusty Rhodees was electecj by a voteof lU to 9. Dusty Rhodes nominated Phil Edwards for Uth Vice Commander, he was unanimously

elected to this post. There wk were 68 members collectively accepted for membership.

Dusty Rhodes nominated Jack Aborn for Historian, he was unanamously elected to this

po^t. Finance Report waw as follows: Legion Fund, $730.00, Bldg, Fund, $559.00,

Bar Fund $297,30. Bicycle Trip report by Dusty Rhodes as fillcws: $138.00 in
