Rules 1. You must be a Unitholder (new or existing) of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, or a Beneficiary of an account held at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation in order to participate. 2. You must be between the ages of 18 and 35 as at September 30, 2019 to participate. 3. You are only allowed to manage one (1) portfolio in the Stock Simulator (Preliminary Round). 4. Each portfolio must exhibit trading activity in order to be considered for the Quarter Final. 5. Assistance of any type is permitted during the Analyst Games, except during activities which require individual assessment (seen generally in the Quarter Final to Grand Final). 6. Entry into the UTC Analyst Games is open from September 2 – 25, 2019. 7. Activities for the Quarter Final, Semi Final and Grand Final will take place during working hours on three separate days between November 1 and November 15, 2019. 8. Employees of UTC or UTC Agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or be named as mentors. PRELIMINARY ROUND Participants are given US$1,000,000 in simulated money to invest in US stocks. The US Stock Market is real; the money invested is not. Participants will be able to start trading on October 1, 2019. The Stock Simulator segment will represent the Preliminary Round of the UTC Analyst Games, and end at Market Close on October 31, 2019. The Top 20 participants in terms of portfolio investment returns as at Market Close on October 31, 2019 advance to the Quarter Final. 2nd Prize: TT$10,000 | 5th Prize: TT$6,000 3rd Prize: TT$8,000 | 6th Prize: TT$5,000 4th Prize: TT$7,000 | 7th - 10th Prizes : TT$2,000 1st Prize: TT$25,000 Cash Prizes: CONSOLATION PRIZES FOR TOP PARTICIPANTS PLACING 11TH - 20TH THE UTC ANALYST GAMES Mentors Participants may elect to nominate one Mentor to assist them during the UTC Analyst Games. Participants must identify their Mentor at the registration stage by denoting same on the Registration Form. There is no limit to the number of persons that a Mentor may assist i.e. a Mentor may appear on an unlimited number of participant Registration Forms. Mentors are asked to ensure that they provide a solid and consistent level of guidance to their mentee(s) during the process. Mentors of participants that advance to the Second Round (Top 20 highest Investment Portfolio Returns in the Stock Simulator) will earn TT$500 for each of their mentees that has advanced to the Second Round. Mentors must be over the age of 18.

Mentors
