1 Dial *120*17526# (*120*1PLAN#).
1 Give Oneplan Policy Number to pharmacist.
1 Phone Oneplan 010 001 0141.
2 Complete ID and Policy Number.
2 Pharmacy will then process the claim directly with Oneplan up to the applicable cover limit.
2 Select Option 2 “Claims”.
3 Select claim type & insert the amount you need if requested.
3 No paperwork or administration required from client.
3 Request funds to be loaded to your Onecard for medication purchase in doctors rooms or for optometry Claim.
4 Funds will be loaded onto the card within a minute.

1 Submit via e-mail or fax a referral letter for specialist or a confirmation of pregnancy.
1 Call Oneplan 010 0010141 and press 0 for ambulance or 1 for Hospital Pre-Authorisation / Emergency.
2 Press 1 for authorisation in hospital / Casualty.
1 Submit via e-mail or fax request for operation / procedure / admission.
1 Go to www.oneplan.co.za
4 Click on Card.
2 You will then receive a SMS to say that your claim is authorised or declined.
3 If a critical emergency ask the hospital to phone for authorisation.
2 Please allow up to 48 hrs for claim to be assessed.
2 Click on self service and login with your policy number.
5 Find the card number you wish to reset pin and click on reset pin button.
3 If authorised you will receive another SMS instructing you how to load the required amount.
4 Make sure the person calling has your policy number handy (this is on the back of your Onecard).
