OEMA's mission is to provide a sound analytical basis for future Army planning. The organizations falls under the command and control of Headquarters, Department of the Army, but is located within the Department of Social Sciences at USMA. The dashed line on the organizational chart to the USMA DEAN represents the fact that OEMA is embedded within one of the 13 Academic
Departments.
G3 Operations Directorate 13Staff section responsible for publishing orders and providing command and control for USMA. Serves as the conduit between higher headquarters and garrison directorates for taskings, managing and coordinating the use of post facilities, ceremonial
events and special events support.

AOG USMA Association of Graduates N/AWest Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) is the Alumni Association for the United States Military Academy (USMA). Its mission is to serve West Point and its graduates; its purpose is to further the ideals and promote the welfare of the USMA.
WPAOG is a private organization that does not fall under USMA's command and control.

DESCRIPTION
The US Army organization that serves as the proponent for the Army Profession, the Army Ethic and Character Development of Army Professionals to reinforce trust within the profession and with the American people.
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is the installation contracting office for West Point and supported tenants. MICC purchases equipment, consumable supplies, utilities, construction and base operation type services. These acquisitions include both
appropriated funded and non‐appropriated funded. These are acquired through competitive solicitation and awarding of various types of contracts and include purchase orders, credit card purchases and placing orders against contracts awarded by General Services Administration
(GSA) and various agencies in the Department of Defense.
The United States Mint is adjacent to West Point and manufactures the entire family of American Eagle Proof and Uncirculated Coins in gold, silver and platinum. The gold coins are manufactured in denominations of one‐ounce, half‐ounce, quarter‐ounce and tenth‐ounce. Platinum and
silver bullion coins are manufactured in the one‐ounce denomination.
PARTNER UNITSPartner units are those organizations located at West Point but are not under the command and control of the USMA Superintendent. These units either provide support to facilitate the
accomplishment of the USMA mission or have a collaborative relationship with a USMA organization.
Directorate responsible for providing logistical support to USMA and the West Point Garrison. The U.S. Army Sustainment Command manages 72 LRCs worldwide that provide field maintenance expertise, transportation services, and base logistics support.
Part of the US Army Installation Management Command, the USAG is the organization responsible for the maintenance and management of base infrastructure, morale and welfare activities, and emergency services.

CPAC plans and directs the administration of civilian personnel services in a regionalized environment, and provides civilian personnel management guidance and assistance to serviced activities. This office develops, promotes, and monitors civilian personnel policies to meet
local needs and implements Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and higher headquarters' policies and directives.
MEDDAC manages Keller Army Community Hospital and the Cadet Health Clinic and provides world‐class health care to cadets, active‐duty service members, dependents and eligible retirees.
DENTAC manages the West Point Dental Clinic and provides Soldier‐focused oral health care to Cadets and Active‐Duty Service Members with an exceptional team of professionals, dedicated to excellence and unified in service.
The organization responsible for the maintenance, management, and repair of the communications infrastructure on the West Point Garrison. NEC subunits include the Network and Switch Division, the Desktop and System Support Division, and Information Assurance Division.
The mission of The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) detachment at USMA is to conduct and control all Army investigations of serious crimes and less serious crimes upon request or as needed to enforce Army law or regulations; to provide CID services to all U.S. Army
elements; to maintain full knowledge of, and overall responsibility for, Army investigations of offenses involving "controlled substances"; to plan for and provide personal security (protective service) for DoD and DA as directed; and to conduct sensitive or special interest investigations as
directed by the Chief of Staff, Army, or higher authority.
