Monday
Using the powermaths format.
I would explore discover as a question and thinking time, then work
through share together to understand how to solve a problem. Think
together is an example of the kinds of questions you can pose to children
to practice the skills. Always encourage using concrete resources to help
children think and work out answers. Try to set similar questons, and
create errors for children to spot in your own.

Tuesday
A good understanding of AM/PM is importat so today’s work focusses solely
on improving your knowledge of the concept AM/PM.

Wednesday
Following on from yesterdays important AM/PM understading of yesterday. You also
need to have a good understanding of 24 hour time.
This is a digital form of time where AM & PM are not used and instead time flows
from 00:00 to 23:59 in a single day.
00:00 -12:00 is the AM
12:01 – 23:59 is the PM.
Remember time doesn’t stop, so after 23:59 time would move back round to 00:00,
the beginning of a new day.
