• Diverse data types: in-depth interviews; semi-structured interviews; focus groups; oral histories; mixed methods data; open-ended survey questions; case notes/records of meetings; diaries/research diaries

• Some multimedia: audio, video, photos

• Formats: digital, paper, analogue audio-visual
