USING INTRAMAPS TO CREATE A SCALED SITE PLAN FOR A BASIC BUILDING/

PLANNING APPROVAL:

Click on property tab (bottom of page) & enter “lot” or “house number”, enter details then click ‘search’.

On the left hand side select ‘Building’ to show lot dimensions & building outline. To print click the print

icon and select the scale that is most appropriate from the drop down menu (i.e. 1:100; 1:200; 1:300)

Amend plan to reflect existing and proposed structures on site

information is intended as a guide only. Applicants should ensure that plan submitted for applications

reflects existing structures and setbacks onsite.

(i.e. lot size, zoning etc):

Click on property tab at bottom of page to enter “lot” or “house number”, enter details then

click ‘search’.

On the right hand side property information tabs will come up (highlighted in blue).

On the left hand side select ‘Building’ to obtain information such as lot dimensions, building

outlines, aerial view etc.

On the left hand side select ‘TPS7’ to obtain information such as zoning (highlighted in blue)
