In Spanish, there is no verb for the phrase “to like.”Instead, the verb gustar (to be pleasing) is used.
The most common forms of the verb gustar are“gusta” and “gustan.”
The form of the verb gustar (gusta or gustan) doesnot depend on who does the liking, but depends onwhat is liked or what is pleasing.
