Network Marketing is all about leadership development and building a team of people who will learn and master the specific skills for building the Network! You may have heard that the fortune is in the Follow Up. Everything is easier and more professional when you have a system in place to make sure people aren’t falling through the cracks. Google has free tools you can use to help you build your business, however you can feel free to use any system you want and use this as a model if you wish. The important thing is that you have a similar system to use, and that it can be easily duplicated by your team. This program is free for everyone, fully customizable, and quite simple to set up and use. Remember, if there is anything you don’t like you can change it! Be the leader that leads by example! Setting up your Gmail account Go to www.Google.com

Fill out the information to set up your account

Sign in to your Account and go to the Documents tab

If you have requested your Prospecting system you will see it in the list. There is also a

link on the page to get Google Drive. Just follow the instructions if you want to get that.

Clicking on that link will open up the spreadsheet where you

can input your prospects information.

Notice the two tabs on the bottom, one that says prospects and the other that says Form

Responses. Clicking those tabs will toggle between the two sheets. (The above sheet is

on the Prospects tab)

Clicking on the Form Responses tab opens up the sheet below.

Clicking on the Form tab on the toolbar on top will allow you to see and edit

your form. You will at least

need to add your name and

number to the form.

All the text and fields

can be edited to ask

whatever you want

of your prospects. This

information shows up

in the spreadsheet

sheet shown above.

You can also share your spreadsheets by clicking on the button

on the top of the sheets. This allows you to do the Mentoring program and

share your leads with your Mentor for him or her to call with you.

Whenever you make any changes, it also automatically changes on the spreadsheets of those you’ve shared it with, in real time.

Formatting your spreadsheets

Using the Formatting toolbar you can change font style, size, etc. as well as

positions, font colors and background colors as in the example below.

Using Google Calendar

Google calendar will send you reminders of upcoming appointment and allow you to share

those appointments with other people’s calendars. Just double click on any time block

That open up an editing screen where you can set up your appointment, share with others

by entering their email addresses and set up as many email or pop up reminders that you

want. Just make sure to click Save before you leave the page

Check your calendar before you start your day, and every evening determine what you need to do to prepare for the following day. Make your calendar your “Boss!”
