Authentication

To access E-Class users pass through two layers of security, the first controlling access to the application itself, and the second controlling what users can do once they are there.

The first security “door” requests your normal IDIR authentication to control access. The second level of security is applied transparently whenever users log on to the application.

HR Consultant Role

HR staff at BCPSA and in the Ministry Strategic HR units are given unrestricted access to E-Class.

This means that you can see all documents, as well as view the evaluation rationales and rating profiles.

HR staff can take part in the case management of files.
