Reverse Osmosis Process

UV Process

TheReverseOsmosisprocess,alsoknownashyperfiltration,isthefinestfiltrationprocessknowntilldate.Theprocessensuresremovalofparticlesassmallasionsfromasolution.Reverse Osmosis uses a semi-permeablemembrane to remove salts from potable/brackish water. In Reverse Osmosis, waterpressure applied to the concentrated sideforces the process of osmosis into reverse.Under enough pressure, treated water is“squeezed” through the membrane fromthe concentrated side to the diluted side.Saltsdissolved inwaterascharged ionsarerepelledbytheROmembrane.Therejectedimpuritiesontheconcentratedsideofthemembranearewashedawayinastreamofwastewaterandthusdonotgetaccumulatedasinatraditionalfilter.

TheUVlighthasshorterwavelength(higherenergy)thanthevisiblelight.It iscalledultra-violetbecauseitisjustbeyondvioletlightinthelightspectrum.Technically,theultra-violet light is defined to be anywavelengthof light,which is shorter than400nanometer.

UVrays,whichpenetrate intothemicro-organisms,areabsorbedbytheDNAof thepathogen in thewater. TheDNA is altered in such away that the pathogen cannotreproduceitself.Thus,itisessentiallykilledandcannotcauseinfection.ThisprocessofDNAmodificationiscalledinactivation.

1. The Warranty period commences from the date ofinstallation by the first end-user. During this Warrantyperiodofoneyear,NEOPurifiersoritsAuthorisedServiceProvider (ASP) will replace or repair any part of NEOPurifiers, that in theopinionofNEOPurifiersor itsASP,would be defective in operation due to faulty materialor workmanship (i.e. manufacturing defects) with theexceptionofconsumablessuchasSedimentFilter,CarbonFilter & RO/UF Membrane . However , if the RO/UFMembranegetscloggedwithinfirstoneyear&/or if thefilters get clogged within first six months, they shall becleaned/repaired/replacedatnoextracharge.

2. The product’s plastic body is not covered underWarranty&hence,itmustbehandledwithcaretoguardagainstbreakage.

3. The original purchaser of the unit can avail servicesunder Warranty at the point of sale, by producing thedamagedpart(s)alongwiththeoriginalinvoice.

4.ThisWarrantyisvoidiftheunit isnotoperatedundernormal municipal water or well water conditions or issubjectedtothetemperatureabove40°C.

5.ProductreturnedtoNEOPurifiersoritsASPforWarrantyexaminationmustbeshippedfreightprepaid.

6.NEOPurifiersoritsASPshallnotbeheldliableforclaimsexceedingthecostofrepairofthedefectsinworkmanship.

7. ThisWarranty Agreement shall not be interpreted torenderPurifiersoritsASPliableforinjuriesordamagesofanykind-direct,consequentialorcontingenttopersonsor property.

8.NEOPurifiersor itsASP shall notbeheld responsibleby representativeorbuyer for failure toabidebyanyoftheobligationsofthisWarrantyAgreementifsuchfailuresaretheresultofcircumstancesofForcesMajeures:suchas,butnotlimitedto,floods,earthquakes,transportationstrikes,labourdisputeswithoutsidesuppliersoranyotherconditionsbeyondthecontrolofNEOPurifiersoritsASP.

9.NEOPurifiersoritsASPshallnotbeheldliableforrepairor alterations made without prior written approval; forproducts clogged by suspended matter, precipitates orbiologicalgrowth;orforfailuresresultingfromthelackofpropermaintenance.

10. NEO Purifiers or its ASP cannot & shall not be heldliable foranysicknessor illnessdueto theconsumptionofdrinkingwaterfromanywaterpurifiersuppliedbyNEOPurifiers,sinceNEOPurifiersoritsASPdoesnothaveanycontroloverthemaintenance&usageofwaterpurifier.

11. This Warranty Agreement excludes all products/component parts or damage to any part of this waterpurifier which, in the opinion of NEO Purifiers or itsASP, have been subjected to misuse; misapplication;negligence; alteration; accident or operation contraryto our instructions, incompatibility with accessoriesnot installed by NEO Purifiers or its ASP, or that havebeen repaired with component parts other than thosemanufacturedbyorobtainedfromNEOPurifiersoritsASP.Damagecausedbyfreezing,flood,fireorActofGodisnotcoveredbythisWarranty.Inallsuchcasesregularchargeswillapply.ThislimitedWarrantydoesnotincludeservicetodiagnoseaclaimedmalfunctioninthisunit.

12. NEO Purifiers reserves the right to alter or improvedesign&specificationsatanytime,withoutanycontingentobligations to prospective buyers or owners of theproductspreviouslysold.

13. Any disagreements & obligations based upon thepurchaseofNEOPurifiersproducts&therebyimposedonNEOPurifiersoritsASPshallbegovernedby&construedaccordingtothelawsofINDIA&subjecttothejurisdictionofDelhiCourtsonly.

14.NEOPurifiersoritsASPassumesnoWarrantyliabilityin connection with this water purifier other than thatspecified herein. This Warranty is in lieu of all otherwarranties, expressed or implied, including warrantiesof fitness for a particular purpose. NEO Purifiers or itsASP does not authorize any person or representative toassumeforthemanyotherobligationsonthesaleofthiswaterpurifier.

15.Undernocircumstances,theliabiltyofNEOPurifiersoritsASPshallexceedthevalueoftheproduct.

16. Under no circumstances are the terms mentionedabovenegotiable&noemployeeofNEOPurifiersor itsASPhastheauthoritytosupersedethem.
