The ECRO user identity verification system consists of three steps of verification:
Step 1 – Verification of the email address and mobile phone number.
Step 2 – Verification of documents and the user’s identity.
Step 3 – Additional verification of the user's identi-ty and of documents that confirm the residence registration.
After completing the third step, you will be able to withdraw any amount of money from your wallet every day.

1st step of your verification
In the “Email verification” field, enter your valid email address and click “Verify”.
Please, note: to proceed, you need to allow pop-ups in your brows-

After that you will see a message that confirms sending a confirmation letter to your mail:
Check your e-mail and open the received letter.
If you do not see the letter in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Click “Confirm” (the green button).
A tab with the following message will open in your browser:
Your email address has been confirmed.

To verify your mobile number, enter the phone number in the inter-national format in the “Mobile number verification” field and click “Send code”.
After that you will see the following message:

In 1-3 minutes you will receive a text message. Wait until you re-ceive the code, then enter it in the “Code verification” field and click the “Verify” button.
If the code you have entered is valid, then your phone number has been confirmed and you can now move on to step 2.
To complete the second step of your verification, you need to do the following:
1. In the “Passport verification” section, you need to upload:
— Your passport photo page and personal information page (containing your name, your surname, etc.)
— A photo of yourself (a selfie), holding the following: your passport photo page, a white sheet of paper with the word ECRO written on it and the current date (e.g., ECRO 1.07.2019)
All the pictures should have no glare or digital artifacts, they should be of good quality and not be edited using photo editors. The size of a picture must not exceed 5MB, and your pictures also need to be uploaded in the jpg or png format.

2. In the “Address verification” section fill out the following fields:
— Country— Region— City— Zip code— Street— House/Apartment
After filling out the fields, click “Verify”. A pop-up will appear to confirm that your data have been uploaded.
The second step of your verification is done manually and involves the technical support service, so the completion can take up to 5 days.
This step implies confirming your residence registration and having personal interactions with the technical support service.
To complete the third step, you need to:Fill out the contact details field (your phone number or Skype) so the technical support service can contact you personally.
You can also specify a date and time that would be convenient for you so you are guaranteed to answer a call from our technical sup-port service. We will do our best to adjust to your schedule.

2. Upload a picture of the document confirming your residence reg-istration that is used in the second step.

After uploading, click “Verify” and make sure that the system has updated your data. You will get the following message:
After that, wait for 1-5 days for the technical support service to contact you personally. Upon completing the third step you will have no withdrawal limits.
