Refined ApproachUse Application Virtualization & Streaming combined with a self provisioning portal to empower the users and managers avoiding costly help desk costs.

Deploy App-V , Citrix XenApp and integrate them with SCCM to provision the applications which are not in the corporate image.

For each application define NT security groups for the roles required.

Map the application NT groups with SCCM and App-V to stream the binaries toward the users’ PCs.

Provide a Self Provisioning Portal where the Application – Role – NT groups mapping is maintained and where the end user can submit the requests

Use Application Virtualization & Streaming combined with a self provisioning portal to empower the users and managers avoiding costly help desk costs.
