CLEANING AND STORAGE• Clean with soap and water after every use. • Keep away from extreme heat or cold. • Store in the original packaging, the fabric bag provided or on a clean

surface so your Thrill by We-Vibe is ready when you are.

DO NOT• Do not use your Thrill by We-Vibe with non-approved silicone-based

lubricants as they will damage the product. For a list of approved lubricants, go to we-vibe.com/lubes.

• Do not boil, bake, microwave or put in a dishwasher. • Do not store in extreme temperatures.

CHARGING AND BATTERY LIFE• You can use any USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe. USB power

adapters are commonly available, so in the interest of conservation, a power adapter is not included with this product.

• A full charge takes up to 90 minutes.• A full charge will last up to 2 hours, depending on the vibration mode.

Modes with higher vibration speeds will drain the battery faster.• There’s no need to drain the battery before recharging as the charging

system automatically shuts off when full charge is reached. • Charge is maintained for several months, but will continually diminish over

time. For best performance, recharge regularly.

My charging base, USB cable or USB power adapter is lost or broken

• You can use other vendors’ USB cables and any commercially available USB power adapter with your Thrill by We-Vibe. However, the Thrill by We-Vibe USB cable is custom-designed and intended only for use with We-Vibe products.

• Customers in the U.S. and Canada can purchase a replacement Thrill by We-Vibe charging base at we-vibe.com/replacement-charger. Customers in other countries can contact us as described below.

TROUBLESHOOTING

My Thrill by We-Vibe won’t turn on• Make sure it is charged. Note that the Thrill by We-Vibe will not charge in

extreme heat or cold.• Confirm that the USB cable is properly connected to both the charging base

and an active USB power source.

My Thrill by We-Vibe won’t charge• Clean the charging contacts on both the Thrill by We-Vibe and the charging

base with rubbing alcohol.• Try using the USB cable from one of your other electronic devices.• Try using a different USB power adapter.

My Thrill by We-Vibe won’t turn off• Hold the control button down for 2 seconds or cycle through the vibration

modes until you reach the off position.
