Online Application for SC/ST/OBC Certificate

In Application form for SC/ST/OBC Certificate all input fields contain Tool Tip which help to fill up the application form. For help about a particular field, just point the mouse pointer on that field.

Red starred (*) fields are mandatory. Click button to highlight empty mandatory fields as shown in Fig – 02.

Fig - 03 In Upload Applicant's Documents page click on Browse button to upload photograph.

Fig - 04 Click file Browser to display “File-chooser” window. Select the photograph (example “ashok.jpg”) with extension like .JPG or .JPEG and click “Open” to upload photograph. Similarly upload other document and click “Submit” to save them all.

After successful submission of application the following window will appear.

3. View Status of an Application

The process is same as that of acknowledgement.

Fig. - 16 Here the list of status is given below

i. Application submitted hardcopy not received ii. Application Received, hard copies received iii. Under process at enquiry level iv. Under process v. Returned to B.D.O. office for further verification vi. Returned to Inspector for further verification vii. Document wanting/hearing needed viii. Approved and awaiting issuance ix. Application rejected x. Returned to O.C. for further verification

B. Process Application

1. Recv original doc from applicant and assign to Inspector

i ) Application No.: Enter the application no. to accept original documents. ii ) Date of Submission: The date is current date and not editable.

Enter the application no. and tabbed out from the field.

1. User can view status in the following page.

2. If the documents of the corresponding application are submitted once, user can see the submitted date of the documents and not to permit to save again.

5. Comments by the Officers

User can see the comments given by the users.

Fig. – 31 Verification of Documents: Hard copies of the submitted documents are checked from the given list and comments are given. Similarly comments are given against enquiry or hearing for the application. Scanned copy of the hearing or enquiry report can also be uploaded from this page.. If the user submit the page with some comments in the corresponding text box without selecting the ‘Final comment’ list, the page will be submitted but not forwarded to the higher level for further processing. In this case the application goes to the Processed Application module of the user. Through the ‘Processed Application’ button the user will find those applications which were once submitted for the next level processing and returned back or the user enter some comments in the text box but not select the option from the ‘Final comment’ list.

B.D.O. / O.C.’s Comment:

Fig. - 32 User may select any of the following options from the list. a) Recommend for acceptance b) Recommend for rejection c) Return for further enquiry and type his/her comment against the option If option (a) with comment is submitted then application will be forwarded to upper level. If option (b) with comment is submitted then application will be forwarded to upper level. If option (c) with comment is submitted then application will be returned to lower level. At this point, Processed application part is complete and the application will not be available to this user.

S.D.O’s Comment:

Fig. - 33 User may select any of the following options from the list. a) Approve b) Reject c) Further verification required and type his/her comment against the selected option. If option (a) with comment is submitted then the certificate will be created for the corresponding application. The certificate no. is automatically generated by the computer. If option (b) with comment is submitted then application will be rejected. If option (c) with comment is submitted then application will be returned to the sub-ordinate officer or to the B.D.O. Through the ‘Processed Application’ button the user will find those applications which were once submitted for the further verification and returned back. The next steps are similar as above process. Through the next button, ‘Rejected Applications’, the user will find those applications which were rejected by the user and want to process further on it. The next steps are similar as above processes.

i) Print Certificate

Fig. – 35 From the Print Certificate module user can take a print out of a certificate. At first user must choose the status of the certificates. After selecting an option from the list user may choose all block/municipality or individual and all category or individual categories to get the certificates.

Click on the ‘Show list’ button to get a list of certificate numbers.

C. From menu Reports we can go to the pages

This page contains four fields among which three are mandatory.

i) From Date: Select the starting date for the report from the calendar. ii) To Date: Select the ending date for the report from the calendar. iii) Category: User can view the report according to the four categories.

a) All b) OBC c) SC d) ST

User selects any one option from the given list to view the list of application received for the corresponding category.

iv) Report Type: Select the type of the report which shows the list of such applications.

2. List of Issued Certificates.

This page contains two fields, ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ and all the fields are mandatory. User can take a report for the whole state on applications received, certificates issued, applications rejected and applications pending as district wise for maximum 3 months.

D. User management

1) Assign roles to user

To assign roles to a particular user, select the user from the list of existing user, and then select module/sub module form the list the following screen will appear. Select sub-module and click on submit.

User can change his password through Fig.-49

1. Enter the current password in the ‘Password’ field. 2. Enter the new password in the ‘New password’ field. 3. Enter the new password again in the ‘Confirm password’ field. 4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to change the password.

3) Create new user

Fig. – 50 To create new sub-ordinate user (like Inspector, dealing assistant, Enquiry officer, Officer In-Charge) select designation of user to be created first, the user id and password will be generated automatically, just click on “Create User” button to complete the user creation.

4) Reset password

Fig. – 52 To reset the subordinate official’s password select the officer/inspector from the list, type new password, confirm new password then click submit.

5) Revoke roles from user Same as “assign roles to user” as shown in picture below Select user from whom the module to be revoked, then select sub-module then click submit. And the particular module will not be available to the selected user.
