ModuleIntroduction

This add-on developed for Clubs, Hotel, Restaurant and Bars. Kitchen Order Token

(KOT) wise and Waiter wise sales reports available. This module contains two type of

bill format one is stock group wise pos print and another one Tally’s Pos print with kot,

waiter and table options. User can view today sales report and waiter wise sales report

with commission option. Today sales report displays sales net amount (including tax,

round off etc. ...). Waiter wise sales report displays only gross amount. Two bill print

methods are flexible for any paper size.

1. Activate the Add-on

For Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.2 and above

To use this feature follow these steps:

1. Execute Tally.ERP 9 And Select The Required Company.

2. Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features

a) Set “Enable Hotel/restaurant/Bar/Club Module ? ” = “YES”

3. Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features >> Accounting Features

Enable Maintain Cost Centres = “Yes”

To Create Waiter name in cost centre 4. Go to > Gateway of Tally>Masters> Accounts Info.>Cost Centres>Create

9. To Create Pos BillingGo to > Gateway of Tally>Transactions >Accounting vouchers> Sales

Select print format > BillAccept or save this voucher

Press Print button or Alt+P

Select Today Sales and Press ALT+F2 For Period

What are minimum requirements to run this module?It requires Tally.ERP9 Release 3.2

I have more then one Tally License, Does I need to purchase once or I have to pay for each License?The module needs to be purchased for each serial number.

Do I need to do installation after I purchase?No, you don’t need to install anything. You just need to update your license once..
