User Manual for IME Digital Certificates Request and Installation

1. Certificate Request login page https://www.ime-txnremit.com/ime/certsrv/

Process login with the following order a. Agent ID b. User Name c. Password

2. Click on Request a Certificate

3. System will take certain time for displaying a form for downloading. Click Yes to continue certificate request the request.

4. Click Submit to request the certificate.

5. System will display a certificate request id after submitting a form.

6. Submit certificate request ID to the IME Support team (imecert@imeremit.com) for

approval. 7. After verification of the requested id, it will be approved and notification will be done

via email.

8. Login https://www.ime-txnremit.com/ime/certsrv/ to proceed further installation

9. Click on View the Status of pending certificate.

10. The approved certificate will be available here. Just Click Request ID: 123 Client

Authentication Certificate (Thursday March 12 2009 12:46:24 PM)

11. Click Install the Certificate. If any message box appears asking about confirmation on installation just click YES option.

12. Click Install this CA certificate (This is applicable to the Windows Vista, Windows 7 or

Windows 8 only)

13. Click OPEN to view the certificate.

14. Click Install Certificate.

15. Select any option and Select Next (Current User and Local Machine) Applicable to the

Windows 8 Only.

16. Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.

17. Select Place all Certificates in the following store.

18. Click Finish.

19. Click ok to complete the import.

Finally system will display “Your certificate has been installed successfully” Just 20. Close the browser (Internet Explorer)

21. Reopen Internet Browser to access IME ONLINE SYSTME, Go to https://www.ime-txnremit.com/ime/imeremit

22. Certiciate will be prompted.

23. IME REMIT System login page will be there.

And Refer to the IME Remit Operation Manual for the further details.
