Batam e-Government Project T321E.User Manual(Land) V1.0

This manual is one of the deliverables describing how to use POSDATA-developed

"BATAM e-Government System",as part of "BATAM e-Government Project". BATAM e-

Government Systems consist of unit systems including “Finance/Billing, HRM, Land,

Facility, Airport BMS, Seaport BMS, Workers Database, PACS(Hospital),

Portal(Groupware, EDMS), Homepage, e-Kiosk, Web-GIS”. And here in this manual, how

to use Dual "Land Management System" is described.

To use "Land Management System" without any troubles, you are required to read this

manual thoroughly before using the systems.

This system is working properly in Windows XP/VISTA Operation System and in

higher than Internet Explorer 7.0. In case of try in another Web Browser, screens

might not be displayed properly and unexpected errors might occur

To make contents of this manual upgraded and better quality, contents can be

modified without warnings. agency names, unit names and names used in images

or texts for examples in the manual are not real data

Access ‘http://ep.batam.go.id/’ in Web Browser, and ‘LOGIN’ by inputting own ID and Password.

Execute Land Management System

Execute Land Management System by selecting ‘Airport’ TAB on the top of EP Main screen.

2.1.1 Searching PSC Information

This screen is executed by selecting ‘PSC → PSC Passenger Management → Searching PSC Information →

PSC Receipt’ menu. And you can search status of PSC receipt issuance.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘PSC Passenger Management → Searching PSC Information → PSC

Receipt’ menu.

2) Input search conditions.

3) Check issuance status of PSC receipt by clicking ‘Search’ button.

Issuance status of each employee

This screen is executed by selecting ‘PSC → PSC Passenger Management → Searching PSC Information →

Issuance status for employee’ menu. And you can search issuance status of PSC receipt for each employee.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘PSC → PSC Passenger Management → Searching PSC Information →

Issuance status for employee’’ menu.


3) Check issuance status of PSC receipt for each employee by clicking ‘Search’ button.

PSC & Manifest

This screen is executed by selecting ‘PSC → PSC Passenger Management → Comparison between PSC &

Manifest → PSC & Manifest’ menu. And you can search comparison between PSC & Manifest.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘PSC Passenger Management → Comparison between PSC & Manifest →

PSC & Manifest’ menu.


3) Check status comparison between PSC & Manifest by each airline.

3.1 Arrival

Searching Arrival Manifest

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Manifest → Arrival → Searching Arrival Manifest Information’ menu. And

you can search status of arrival manifest information and update block-on/ATA time/Status/Distance Factor..

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Arrival → Searching Arrival Manifest Information’ menu.


3) Check manifest status by clicking ‘Search’ button.

4) Move detail arrival manifest information screen by clicking “ Detail Arrival Information’ button.

5) It is possible to upload arrival manifest excel file using 5, 6, 7 button

Only excel format is possible to upload.

Detail Arrival Flight Manifest

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Manifest → Arrival → Searching Arrival Manifest Information → Double

click grid row’ menu. And you can check detail arrival manifest information.

1) Check general flight information

2) Check aircraft information

3) Check passenger information

4) Check baggage information

5) Check related departure flight information

6) Move ‘ Searching Arrival Manifest Information’ screen by clicking ‘Lihat Daftar’ button.

3.2 Departure

Searching Departure Flight Information

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Manifest → Departure → Searching Departure Manifest Information’

menu. And you can search status of Departure manifest information and update block-off/ATD time/Status.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Departure → Searching Departure Manifest Information’ menu.



4) Move detail departure manifest information screen by clicking ‘ PSN List’ button.

Detail Departure Flight Manifest

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Manifest → Departure → Searching Arrival Manifest Information → Click

PSN List’ or ‘Manifest → Departure → Detail Departure Flight Manifest’ menu. And you can check detail

departure manifest information.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Departure → Detail Departure Manifest Information’ menu.




5) Move ‘Searching Departure Manifest Information’ screen by clicking ‘Lihat Daftar’ button.

4. Income

4.1 Aeronautical Fee

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Income → Aeronautical Fee → Confirm Flight’ menu. And you can

search status of manifest information which received arrival & departure and confirming flight for invoicing

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Aeronautical Fee → Confirm Flight’ menu.



4) Display detail calculation formula for flight by clicking ‘View Formula’.

5) Check row which user want to confirm and click ‘save’ button.

Invoice Registration

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Income → Aeronautical Fee → Invoice Registration’ menu. And you can

issue invoice to each airline for aeronautical fee.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Aeronautical Fee → Invoice Registration’ menu.


3) Check aeronautical fee of each flight fair by clicking ‘Search’ button.

4) Check row which user want to issue invoice.

5) Display outgoing invoice screen(Finance/Billing) by clicking ‘Issue Invoice’.

Issuing invoice is used Finance/Billing system.

Searching Invoice

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Income → Aeronautical Fee → Searching Invoice’ menu. And you can

check invoice status which already issued.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Aeronautical Fee → Searching Invoice’ menu.


3) Check invoice of aeronautical fee which already issued clicking ‘Search’ button.

4) Move detail invoice status screen by double clicking of grid row.

Detail Invoice

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Income → Aeronautical Fee → Detail Invoice or Searching Invoice →

Double click of grid row’ menu. And you can check invoice status which already issued.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Aeronautical Fee → Detail Invoice or Searching Invoice → Double click of

grid row’ menu.


3) Check statu of issued invoice clicking ‘Search’ button.

4) Move view formula screen by clicking ‘View Formula’ button

5) Move outgoing screen(Finance/Billing) by clicking ‘Invoice Information’

5.1 Airport Profile

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Profile → Airport Profile’ menu. And you can

create/search/update/delete airport information

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Profile → Airport Profile’ menu.


3) Check airport status by clicking ‘Search’ button.

4) When click ‘+’ button, new insert line create on grid.

5) Input information and click save button and stored new airport information to DB

6) It is possible to delete by clicking ‘-‘button.

Searching airline profile

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Profile → Airline Profile → Searching Airline Profile’ menu. And you can

create/search/update/delete airline information

5.3 Unit Price Profile

Unit Price Profile

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Profile → Unit Price Profile’ menu. And you can check/update unit price

information related to aeronautical fee.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Profile → Unit Price Profile’ menu.


3) When click unit price row, display detail information.

4) When change unit price, it is possible to update by clicking ‘Copy from previous Price’ button

5.4 Weight Factor Profile

Weight Factor Profile

This screen is executed by selecting ‘Profile → Weight Factor Profile’ menu. And you can check/update

weight factor for aircraft.

1) Execute program by selecting ‘Profile → Weight Factor Profile’ menu.

2) When change weight factor, use ‘+’,’-‘ button.

3) It is possible to create, update and delete for weight factor by clicking ‘Save’ button
