HOW TO ACCESS THE NEW DOWNLINE REPORTINGEUROPE

You can access the New DLR via IBO Community,by clicking on the icon in the Home page of yourIBO Back Office.

Click on Login in the top bar and enter yourcredentials, as shown below:

BUSINESS DASHBOARD OVERVIEWEUROPE

In the Business Dashboard window you will find some

general details about your Position Progress.

Position Progress will show you the position and

qualifications you are working towards as well as

previous and higher positions requirements.

Here you will find information such as:

• Your Start Date

• Your Sponsor’s Name and Business ID

• Your Team Points

• Your Commission Level

In addition you can also find the links to your

Personal Customer List and your

CABs & Commissions.

With DLR you will have access to an excellent Reporting Suite,allowing you to view downline progression and production.

By clicking on Reports in the navigation bar you will viewthe entire selection of reports available you.

By clicking on Recognition in the navigation bar you will view theselection of reports dedicated to Company Recognition.

HOW TO ACCESS THE NEW DOWNLINE REPORTING

By default, the Team View shows your 1st level downline with

information about each IBO. You can filter by the following criteria:

TEAM VIEW REPORTEUROPE

• Open Line

• Level Range

• Customer Point Range

• Grace Period

• IBO Status

• Start Date Range

• Position

• Location

Each report in the top blue banner includes thedifferent actions you can take:

Wil take you to your report snapshots, available for 30 days.

Will allow you to save as PDF or print the report.

REPORT FILTER OPTIONSEUROPE

The Filter functionality will allow you to select what

you want to view in your report.

Among the many fields available, you can view your

ACTIVE and INACTIVE IBOs and different levels.

Once the filters are applied, the report will be

updated automatically.The Snapshot functionality will allow you to save a screenshot of

the current report, for your personal administration and records.

This way you can compare and check information from different

sources and periods of time.

With the Templates functionality you can now also create a

sample of your most frequently used report, to avoid having to

reset the filters every time.

EUROPE

In the Achievement report you will see a high-level view of IBO’s

in your downline who have achieved a promotion or hit a point

milestone and the date it was achieved.

You can click on any one in the list view and drill down to more

details to see a history of the positions achieved and milestones

hit.

You can email the IBO directly from the view, as well as view the

IBO’s upline.

Filtering capability will allow you to get the information you need

based on IBO Status, Start Date Range, Position, Location,

Customer Point Range, Open Line, Level, Achievement Type and

Timeframe.

ACHIEVEMENT REPORT

In the IBO Production report you will see how the IBOs in

your organisation are doing, in terms of recruiting new

members. Of course you will be able to filter the levels you

want to view, the regions, the positions as well as the

timeframes.

IBO PRODUCTION REPORT

EUROPE

In the Customer Production report you will see how the IBOs

in your organisation are doing in terms of customers sign-up.

Here too, thanks to the Filter functionality, you can customise the

view per level, region, periods of time as well as other criteria.

CUSTOMER PRODUCTION REPORT

My Top Event Producers report provides you with an

overview of event registrations in your downline.

MY SAVED TEMPLATES REPORT

My Saved Templates is a new functionality that gives you the

ability to create your own template using filters, save those

templates and use them when needed. You can save up to 10

templates.

REPORT SNAPSHOTS

Report Snapshots is also a new functionality, it allows

you to capture and save any report for a period of 30

days.

This New Downline Reporting Tool is designed to provide you all the information you need to

successfully run your organisation.

For optimal usage it is recommended to use Edge or Chrome.*

It’s also Mobile responsive, allowing you to use it anytime, anywhere!

*Internet Explorer is not compatible with the new DLR tool.
