Getting Started

You will receive an email to your registered mail with a verification link once you signup. Verify the account by clicking the link in the mail to activate your account. If you did not receive the mail, please check your spam box

1. Proxies are authenticated through IP. Username based auth can be enabled through the Dashboard

2. By default all proxies are allowed on whitelist based URL. Full access can be requested from the Dashboard

3. If our support team is unable to resolve any issue, escalate your issue to [email protected]. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will do every thing it takes to make sure your requirements are met.

Free Trial: When you login for the first time there will be a pop-up asking which site will you be accessing using the proxies, select and click on next or click on the wizard symbol at the top right of the Dashboard

Authorizing IPsProxies are authenticated through your computer IPs. Adding your IPs in the panel is the first thing that needs to be done as soon as you purchase your proxies.

Click on Account and then click on Authorized IPs

Enter the IP address, click on “Add” and then “Update”

Managing assigned proxiesTo check the active products and to download the proxies, follow the below steps

Adding CreditsCredits can be added using credit card, PayPal or Cryptocurrency

Order new proxiesProxies can be purchased from the Dashboard directly

Click on ''Products'' and then choose ''Add New'' to add a new product.

Select the proxy type, choose the number of proxies and the location, then choose ''PayPal'', “Fastspring” or ''Credit'' as the payment option.

Troubleshooting

Proxy Authentication RequiredIf you already got the list of proxies for your use, but you can't browse to ANY websites at all,follow these troubleshooting steps:

In order to start using the proxies, you need to add your source IP through which you will beaccessing the proxies, otherwise you will be asked to enter your username and pass-word, to avoid this: ◆ Please click on Authorized IPs link and add your IPs to the list. ◆ After you add the source IPs wait 30 minutes and try your proxies again.

Unable to connect ◆ Setup correctly your proxy in the browser: How to configure proxy in your browser? ◆ Add your source IP on the Authorized IPs list

Website blockedPlease contact support with the URL that is blocked so we can unblock the URL or allow full web access. If it’s a proxy block, we will be glad to refresh IPs.

Unable to access emailAccess to email, ecommerce and spam promotion sites will not be allowed.

Proxy timeout / failWhen you're connected to our proxies, your network traffic flows from your computer through one of our servers to the destination, and the same way back. The distance itself shouldn't significantly affect your connection speed, but network congestion at any point can slow things down. Our servers are never the bottleneck. We monitor their performance and ensure that they havesufficient extra bandwidth and processing power even during peak times.If your connection seems consistently slow, when connecting to different web sites, your ISP might have a slow connection to our server (possible intentionally).

Try the following options to resolve the problem: 1. Check your Monthly Quota. Monthly Quota: 500GB. If you cross this limit you need to contact support for upgrade of limit. 2. Test all the proxies to know if just certain subnets are slow. 3. Check if you are not doing more than 50 concurrent connections. 4. If after all you keep having a slow connection report the issues through a ticket or via live chat.

Empty list of proxiesIf the list of proxies assigned in your account and is empty, please follow these steps: 1. Contact chat support or open a support ticket with the following: - Username - Product ID - Geo locations that you need for your product 2. Once the list is updated you can download it and setup your proxies for your use.

Refresh Proxies

Step 1: Go to the product page in the dashboard and click on “configure”

Step 2: Click the Refresh button, on which the request will be send to the 24 hours support team who wil immideatly respond to your request.

Step 1: Login to the Dashboard

Step 2: At the top right corner, click on “Welcome” and select API

Step 3: Click on the button “GET NEW TOKEN”

You can use also use the following code to get the list of product and proxies:
