1. Introduction SMB is a complaint management system, which provides a centralized platform for their users
to lodge their complaints via system. Mobile application is developed for ease of users so that
they can report complaints from anywhere.
2. How to Install the Mobile Application on Android smartphones?
2.1 For SMB mobile application, users can navigate to:
https://mfs.tnb.com.my/download in order to download and install the SMB mobile
application to their smartphones. Opening this URL in the smartphone’s web browser
automatically detects which OS the user is on.

2.2 Clicking on “Download for Android” button will take user to install application page.

2.3 Clicking on next button “SMB .APK” file will be start downloading and after successful
download, below displayed screen will be opened

2.4 Now, user can tap on Open button to access the login screen of the application. Please
note the compatibility version for application is Android 4.4 and above IOS 8 and above.

3. How to Install the Mobile Application on iPhone? 3.1 For SMB mobile application, users can navigate to:
https://mfs.tnb.com.my/download in order to download and install the SMB mobile
application to their iPhones. Opening this URL in the iPhone’s browser automatically detects
which IOS the user is on.

3.2 Tap on “Download for IOS” button will take user to the installation pop up having
“Install” and “Cancel” buttons as mentioned below.

3.3 User will see a popup ”Untrusted Enterprise Developer” after tapping on Install button as
mentioned below.

3.4 Tap on “Cancel” button and go to “Settings” option of iPhone.

3.5 Tap on “Device Management: Tenaga Nasional Berhad ” as highlighted in above snapshot.
This will redirect you to the “Tenaga Nasional Berhad” screen

3.6 Tap on “Trust Tenaga Nasional Berhad ” link to open Trust App popup.

3.7 Tap on “Trust ” button then again tap on the downloaded the icon of the SMB app to access
the application’s Login page as mentioned below in screen shots.

4. How to Access Web Application? The SMB web application can be accessed by this URL: http://mfs.tnb.com.my “

5. User Registration
5.1 For Non-AD Users, enter Staff ID in username field and tap on Login button or User tap the
link “click here” at bottom of Login button. User gets redirected to the SMB User
Registration Screen

5.2 User enters information in all required fields and tap on Submit button. Android User gets
registered and lands to the New Complaint Screen.

6. User Login
6.1 To access the application on IOS or Android phone, please follow the steps mentioned in
section 2 and 3.

6.2 User enters Staff ID and tap on Login button.

6.3 User enters password and tap on Login button to access New Complaint page.

7. New Complaint
7.1 After login process is complete, User lands to the New Complaint screen. In order to
lodge a new complaint, user enters information in required fields and tap on Submit
button.

7.2 Once user taps on Submit button, system will redirect user to complaint detail page to
verify the details of complaint. User can easily leave that screen by tapping on OK
button as shown below:

8. History

8.1 User taps on History menu to redirect to History Screen. It contains list of complaints having
details of complaints with uploaded images in New, In Progress and Completed pages.

8.2 The above complaint detail page shows the status as “New”. If the complaint is in In Process
or Completed tabs then the status will be showing up accordingly.

9. Settings
9.1 User taps on Settings menu to go to Settings Screen for edit profile, logout or give feedback
as shown in below given snapshot.

9.2 User taps on Update Profile button to redirect to Update profile screen.

9.3 User is allowed to modify above mentioned fields and tap on Update button to update the
entered information
9.4 User taps on Logout button to logout from the system
9.5 User taps Send Feedback button, User is redirected to the Email popup options from where
Feedback can be sent via email as displayed in below snapshot.

9.6 User selects any one option from the 3 of the above to open “Compose email” page shown
below to send feedback.
