Surf to app.insezo.com
Log in with the personal login credentials you received. You can change the password after you logged on.
• E-mail• Password
If you want your browser to remember your e-mail and password click on: Remember me.
Logging out
You can log out by clicking on the log out button visible on every page in the top right corner.

Surf to app.insezo.com and click on: Forgot password?
Enter your email address and we’ll help you reset your password by sending you an email with following constructions.
1.2 Choose your language
To choose the display language for your Insezo account, follow these steps:
1. Surf to app.insezo.com2. Choose your language from by clicking on one of the flags.
At this moment you can choose between the following languages.
• Dutch• Deutsch• English

2.0 Change your dashboard
When you are logged in you will see your personal dashboar you can customize yourself. From your dashboard, you can make a selection of the features that you personally find important and would like to see directly when logged in.
Example: Your can see your marked assignments and a handy overview of all orders.

To change your dashboard, click on the gear icon next to: My dashboard.
Vink vervolgens aan wat u wilt zien en klik op: Change. U kunt op dit scherm ook doormiddel van te slepen de boxen naar uw wens neerzetten.

2.1 Change your login password
You can change your password in you user settings. Follow this steps in the menu at your left:

You can change the langauge on this very same page underneath: Change password.

3.0 Create new task
Create tasks quickly by creating them in a plane form.
To create a new task:
1. Select: Create new task. (On the menu at the left side.)2. Begin filling the form with the right information. (* = is mandatory.)3. Click on: Create.
After you created the new task it gets its own unique ordernumber. You’ll see the order detail summery of the created task right away.

3.1 New task
After a task is converted into a order, all the order details will convert over to the new detail summery page unique to this order. The following information is visible.

Reserved partsWhen you create a new task, you have to select the parts which have to be used for this repair.These parts for the specific order will also been shown included all the part information like:
• Part number• Description• Amount• Available / reserved (technician)• Available / reserved (service partner)• Selling price• Freight number
Communication per task (chat)Every order has is own communication section with the following feauters:
• You can see the time and date of when the message has been placed.• You can see who has placed the message.• You can see all messages from all parties involved.• You can send all parties individual a message.• You can send a text message or email to the customer of the order.

• You can reply to the messages intended for you.• You can send text messages and emails.• You can attach a file to your message. (A picture or exploded view for example.)• You can delete your own messages. (You can’t still see: This message has been deleted by...)
You can also see every order status in the communication including time and date.
Menu per taskWhen you are on the detail summery page of a task you’ll see a new menu at your left side. With this menu you can do the following things:
• Change the status of the task• Change or add the technician

3.2 Tasks page
At the tasks page you can find all the tasks and task phases. In this way you know exactly how many tasks are in which phase.
• All tasks in general (a list with all the active tasks created by you).
• Communication - Answered questions - Questions by me - Questions for me - Questions for service partner - Questions from technician - Questen for technician
• Daily tasks - Incoming orders - Outgoing orders - Send orders - Picklist
• Task Phases - Confirm task - Customer didn’t answer (confirm task) - Interim status - Assign technician - Plan visit - Customer didn’t answer (plan visit) - Planned visit - Waiting for parts - Customer wasn’t home - Parts are sent - Waiting for customer contact - Finished repair not done - Not finished
• Extra phases - Followup - Changed warrenty - Repeat tasks

The left circle; Total tasks attached to this phase.
The middle circle; Total tasks to late.
The right circle; Total tasks to late in days.
3.3 Archive
All completed tasks are stored in your archive. In this way you can always look back all the orders at any time.
Wizard information after the order is completed. When a task is completed and stored in your archive, you can watch the order by clicking on it’s ordernumber. Now you see the detail summery with a new box at the top of the page. In this box you can see all the pictures and documentation from the wizard. You can also see the used parts, warranty and claim.

4.0 Example one: How do you change the task information?
Find task1. Login to app.insezo.com2. Use the top search bar to find the task by tasknumber, name, zipcode or city.
Change the task1. When you find the task, click on: Change task (menu at the left).2. You can change all the customer and task information.
Change the status1. When you find the task, click on: Change the status (menu at the left).2. In the following page you can change the following information: - Who will execute the task? (Service partner) - Which status does the order get? - Change the final status of this task.
Needed parts1. When you find the task, click on: Needed parts (menu at the left).2. In the following page you can see the parts which are reserveded and needed for this specific task. You can also delete and add parts you need.

4.1 Example two: What if the doorbell of a customer doesn’t work?
Find task1. Login to app.insezo.com2. Use the top search bar to find the task by tasknumber, name, zipcode or city.
Message the technician in the communication section of the specific task.1. Go to the specifik wtask and scroll down to the communication section.2. Type a message: The doorbell of the custormer doesn’t work so you will have to knock or call.
3. Select Technician and click on send. Optional: You can also choose to text message the mechanic by selecting: Send this message as a text.
5. The mechanic is now aware of the problem.

4.3 Example three: The producer sends a document to add to the task.
You can always add documentation after the task is created. 1. Go to the order in question.2. Click in the left of the menu on: Add documentation3. Choose your file (.txt .pdf .png .jpeg .xls .mp4 and so on...)4. Click on add
After you have done this, the documentation will be visable for all parties on the task overview page.
