GroupExPRO.comisanonlinetoolformanagingcommunicationandschedulingforyourGroupFitnessprogram.

Thewebsitecontains11keysections:NewsFeed(HomeTab)AlivefeedofallrecentactivityinyourGroupExPROaccount.(e.g.subrequests,notices,etc.)

NoticesGroupFitnessManagerscanprovideinformationtoalluserssimultaneously.Thissectionisidealfordepartmentorclub-specificnoticesandcommunications.SubBoardTheSubBoardprovidesa locationfor instructorstopostsubrequestswhentheywillbeunabletoteachaclass.Instructors can request to teach a class that is posted on the sub board and, once approved, the class will bedisplayedonthecalendarandscheduleasanapprovedsub.ForumAlocationforallinstructorstointeractanddiscusstopicsoftheirchoosing.ClassPlansRecentclassplanscanbepostedanddisplayedforotherinstructorstobrowseandusetohelpthemindevelopingideasforfutureclasses.ReferenceMaterialsAlocationformanagerstopostdocumentsrelatedtotheirgroupfitnessprograms,employmentspecificdocuments,etc.CalendarEventsandapprovedsubsaredisplayedonamonthlycalendar.

2.0 UsingFiltersBeforedivingintoeachspecificsectionofGroupExPRO,it’simportanttounderstandhowinformationisfilteredforeaseofviewing.Userswhoseclubaccountshavemorethanonelocationwillbeassignedtoaprimarylocationwithintheuser’sindividualProfile(section11.0).WheneveryoulogintoGroupExPRO,eachpageyouclickonwilldefaulttoyourlocation’sfilteredview.Toviewinformationpertainingtoadifferentclub/locationonyouraccount,usethedropdownfiltertoselectadifferentlocationandthenclickonthe“Filter”button.

3.0 NewsFeed(HomeTab)Toviewthelatestactivityclickonthe“Home”icononthemainnavigationbarlocatedatthetopoftheGroupExPROwebsite.Thenewsfeedprovidesafullviewofallrecentsubrequests,notices,andanyotheractivity,displayedinreversechronologicalorder.Usethecolor-codedboxestotherightofeachpostforaquickreferenceonthetypeofnotice.

4.0 NoticesClicktheNoticestabonthemainnavigationbarlocatedatthetopoftheGroupExPROwebsite.TheNoticescreendisplaysalistofallrecentnotices,sortedinreversechronologicalorder,withexceptiontothose“pinned”tothetopoftheboard.Thesenoticeswillremainatthetopofthepageuntilamanagerremovesthegreenpin.

5.3 OfferingtoSubaClassontheSubBoard Click“ViewSubRequest”nexttotheclasstitleontheSubBoard.Thiswilldisplaydetailsabouttheclass.

Clickthe“ICANSUBIT!”buttontorequesttoteachtheclass.Thissendsanemailtothemanagerindicatingyouravailabilitytosub.

IMPORTANTNOTE:Multipleusersmayrequesttoteachthesameclass.Themanagerwillselecttheinstructorthatisbeingapprovedtoteachtheclass.Theapprovedinstructorwillreceiveanemailstatinghe/sheisconfirmedtoteachtheclass.Instructorsthathaverequestedtoteachtheclass,butwerenotapproved,willbenotifiedbyemailthattheclasswasfilledbyanotherinstructor.ApprovedSubRequestswillbedisplayedontheCalendar.

5.4 RemovingaRequesttoSubaClassAtanypointbeforebeingapprovedtosubaclass,youmayremoveyourrequesttoteachtheclass.Click“ViewSubRequest”fromthemainSubBoardpage.Belowtheclassdetailsyouwillseeaboxdisplayingyourcurrentclassrequeststatus.Toremoveyourrequest,click“Clickheretoremovethisrequest.”

Confirmyourrequestbyclicking“REMOVEREQUEST”ontheconfirmationscreen.

5.5 EditingorDeletingaSubRequest Youmayeditordeleteanysubrequestthatyouhaveposted. 5.5.1 DeletingaSubRequest

Enterthebodyofyourmessage.Theeditingtoolsatthetopofthetextboxmaybeusedforformattingthepost.Attachmentscanbeaddedtopostsbyclickingthe“Browse”buttontotherightoftheAttachmentfield.Thiswillallowyoutochooseafilefromyourcomputer.

7.1 ViewingaClassPlanClickthe“ClassPlans”tabonthemainnavigationbarlocatedatthetopoftheGroupExPROwebsite.ThemainClassPlansscreendisplaysalistofallrecentClassPlans,sortedbymostrecentfirst.ClassPlansthathaveattachmentsarenotedwithapaperclipicon.

7.2 CreatingaClassPlanClickthe“PostaClassPlan”button.Entertheclassdateandtimethatyoutaughtthisplan,aswellasaclasstitle.YoumaycategorizeapostbyCategoryorLocation.Ifyourfacilityonlyhasonelocation,the“Location”selectionwillnotappear.SeeSection14.0formoreinformationonhowCategoriesandLocationsworktofiltermessagesforinstructors.
