Fill-in the form, update the participant (Individual or Group) and SUBMIT to your Supervisor for Approval.

After Supervisor updated his approval, your request status will be displayed in MY TASK.All approved participants will be classified as WAITING LIST under this course and to be invited to training session.

All open sessions listed in Course Summary can be applied (Self-Register) by any User. Click REGISTER.

You will be redirected to TM Learn Portal. Login first and update your feedback by clicking any of the feedback buttons. Available Options: Accept, Decline, Decline with Replacement

Note: If you received more than one invitation calendar for the same training session (which more than 1 day), feedback only once.

You can check your training records at MY DASHBOARD > My Portfolio > MY TRAINING under tab ‘Training in progress’ with status ‘Session Invitation’. Sample as below:

On your training day, your training records status at MY DASHBOARD > My Portfolio > MY TRAINING under tab ‘Training inprogress’ will change to ‘Session In Progress’. Participant who has accepted the training invitation may access the coursecontent by clicking Session ID. Sample as below:

On your training day, in order to record your attendance (daily), you will have to scan QR Code.Your Trainer or Program Coordinator will show you the QR Code. Sample as below:

Scan QR Code using QR scanner in your smartphone. Login to TM Learn using the link given (after scan).Click CHECK-IN and your attendance will be recorded. Sample as below:

Scan QR Code again after the training ended (daily) to update your Check Out time.

You may also record your attendance using built-in QR Reader in the portal by scanning QR Code image. Login to TM Learn and click QR READER. Put the QR Code on the space provided and CHECK-IN.
