F.A.Q.Can I attend educational activities which are held at a different section than mine?Certainly. The Collegio Einaudi students can enroll and attend every educational activity which is held at all five sections of the Collegio, not just your own.

I am waitlisted for the course that I’m interested in: Should I enroll to other activities even if I’m not interested in them, to ensure that I will be admitted to at least one course? No, register only for the educational activities that interest you and you can reasonably attend. If your enrollment request cannot be accepted, you will be contacted to find an alternative solution.

Who can I refer to if I have doubts about my PFP?The Director of your Section and the tutor who has been assigned to you at the beginning of the year.

Can I insert more hours than expected?Yes, but with the limit of 2.5 hours more than your total amount: for example 25 hours (max 27.5 hours)/ 70 hours (max 72.5 hours). If you exceed this limit, the platform does not allow you to upload activities which have a longer duration that the hours at your disposal.Further information is available on the PFP Procedural guideline (“Disciplinare PFP”)

How much time is required for my educational plan to be approved? You are able to change your educational plan during the year. Your plan will be approved and finalised at the end of the academic year.If you decide to renounce some educational activities of the first term which you have inserted in your plan, keep in mind that you might not find available spots in the second term: verify you are not waitlisted when you are about to make changes during the year.

Are the courses fee-based?No, all the educational plan activities are free. Instead, the potential teaching material or enrollment to certification exams are to be paid by the student. For some activities, you could be asked to pay a deposit, which will be returned at the moment of your participation to said activity (also in this case you can find further information on the PFP Procedural guideline (“Disciplinare PFP”)).

Can I continue to attend the courses if I leave the Collegio permanently? No, the possibility of attending educational activities ceases the moment you leave the Collegio.
