The word technology refers to
the making, modification, usage, and knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, crafts, systems, and methods of organization, in order to solve a problem, improve a pre-existing solution to a problem, achieve a goal, or perform a specific function.

Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating e-learning, which is the learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources.
Educational technology includes software, hardware, as well as Internet applications, such as wikis and blogs, and activities.

Technical staff should be there to solve difficulties.
