1. Payment of the commitment fee is due immediately by credit or debit card(subject to surcharge up to 2.9%). The maximum time allowance for payment is ONE working day.

2. Payment of any Property Reservation fee is due by bank transfer to the ESCROW account of your attorney within TWO working days of signing the reservation.
