ODOT buys house for Washington County woman who feared traffic project would
leave her homeless
• ODOT purchased Patsy Burnsed, 86, a new home in Hillsboro after taking her old property for a traffic project. Burnsed had a reverse mortgage on the home, which complicated the right-of-way process and left her with few housing options. (Michal Thompson, The Argus) July 11, 2013 7
