U. S. Visa Exemption
• Canada
– Canadian citizens do not require a non-immigrant visa when entering the United States.
– However, they have to bring along their passport for the trip.

• Hong Kong SAR / BNO / DI holders are all required to apply a tourist visa (B2) to enter U.S.
*Please make sure your passport has six months validity, counting from 16 Sep 16.

• *Copy application ID on the top right corner for reference or future retrieval of application.

• Step 2: Upload a colour, white backgrounded digital photo taken within the last six months.
*Recommend to mention the purpose of making U.S. Visa to staff at photo printing studio. *Please refer to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/hk/hk-niv-photoinfo.asp for requirements on the photos.

• Step 3: Submit the completed DS-160 application form will generate an alpha-numeric barcode confirmation page. The printed confirmation page is required for the interview at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
• Once you have printed the barcode confirmation page, hit the "Back" button on your web browser and then email yourself a backup copy of the DS-160. The emailed file will be in PDF format, which requires Adobe Acrobat to view or print.

• Step 4: Create profile at U.S. Consulate website https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Hong%20Kong
• Step 5: Fill in all the necessary details and enter your DS-160 Confirmation Number.
• Step 6: Go to the payment screen and print the deposit slip to take to a 7/11 and pay the visa fees.

• Step 7: Save the receipt with the visa fee reference number. DO NOT LOST the receipt!

• Step 8: Schedule the interview appointment on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Hong%20Kong using the visa fee reference number.
**Do not bring sealed envelop into U.S. Consulate General. Please refer to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/hk/hk-niv-securityinfo.asp for security regulations.

Country participates in the Visa Waiver Program, passport holders from these countries do not need to apply for a visa if you are traveling for business or pleasure and will only be staying in the Unites States for 90 days or less.

• 1. ESTA applicant who has been to Iran or Iraq or Sudan or Syria since 01/03/2011 , or have dual nationality with Iran or Iraq or Sudan or Syria will be rejected
• 2. Current ESTA holder who has been to Iran or Iraq or Sudan or Syria since 01/03/2011, or have dual nationality with Iran or Iraq or Sudan or Syria will received a notification that their ESTA will no longer vaild. They will need to apply a USA visa for tourist / business.
